01 / What we actually do
Four services.
No water heaters.
No upsell.
If it doesn't involve a drain, we'll refer you to someone who does it better. That's the whole business model.
Hydro Jetting
$900–$1,800 typical
3,500 PSI, right nozzle for the job. Camera scope before and after — included, emailed same-day.
Cast Iron Descaling
$1,200–$3,500+
Chain knocker + jetter for older cast iron. We scope first, send you the footage, then clear.
Camera Scoping
$600 standalone (2-hr min)
Standalone scopes for pre-sale inspections or mystery clogs. Already included free on every jet or descale job.
Drain Cleaning
$600 and up (2-hr min)
Cable machines for the right jobs. Scoped first so we know it's not scale or roots before we run the cable.
02 / Why a specialist
Drains only. That's the whole point.
Generalists are great at a lot of things. Unfortunately for your drain, "a lot of things" isn't what your drain needs.

03 / Every job. Same process.
Camera in. Before.
Camera out. After.
Every paid job gets a line scope before we pick a tool — and another after we finish. Included, not an add-on. You see exactly what we saw. You keep the video.
- 01
Scope in
Camera down the line first. We review the footage on-site, flag the problem, and write up what we found — before we start the messy part.
- 02
Written estimate
Now that we've seen it, you get a fixed scope, time on site, and cost — before anything starts running.
- 03
Right tool, first time
Jet, cable, or chain knocker — whichever the camera told us to bring. No trial-and-error billing.
- 04
Scope out
Camera back through the same line to confirm it's clean. Both passes recorded.
- 05
Deliver
Before + after clips and stills emailed same day, with a plain-English summary. You don't have to stand over the drain — we'll send the proof.

04 / Problems we clear
What Omaha drains do wrong.
Every clog has a cause. Figuring out which one you've got is step one of fixing it — and picking the wrong tool wastes your money.
Grease
Kitchen branches and commercial lines. Cools, coats the pipe walls, traps everything else. A cable pokes a hole through it; a jetter scours it off.
Scale
Cast iron mains from the pre-1975 era. Corrosion narrows the bore 40% before anyone notices. Chain knocker mechanically breaks it loose; jetter flushes it out.
Roots
Clay, PVC, and old cast iron mains. Tree roots find joints, grow through, and keep coming back. Root-cutter nozzle on the jetter clears it — repeat visits common.
Foreign objects
Wipes (including "flushable"), paper wads, toys, a kid's toothbrush. Cable is usually the right call here. Sometimes a scope-and-retrieve.
Recurring clogs
Same line clogs every 12–18 months. Usually means the real problem is further down — a main-line issue, not the branch. Jetter + camera tells us why.
Pre-sale inspections
Buying an older Omaha home? A standalone scope ($600, 2-hour min) gives you a recorded video + written summary — enough to negotiate repairs or walk away.
Don't know which one you have? That's the whole reason we camera-scope every job first. We'll tell you what's in the pipe before we pick a tool — then send you the footage so you have the record.
06 / What Omaha is saying
Reviews from the people we cleared for.
5.0
Google rating
"I've had a difficult time with our drains backing up constantly. I finally called JetSet Solutions, and Jeff showed up on time and helped me understand the issue, he even showed me photos of the blockage in my main line. Had it cleared out quickly and cleaned up after himself. I'd recommend them for anyone dealing with slow drains."
"I had constant backups from old cast iron pipes and finally decided to have them hydro jetted and descaled. Jeff did an amazing job from start to finish. He was professional, explained everything clearly, and got the pipes cleaned out completely."

07 / Quick answers
Common questions.
01 Is the camera scope really free on every job?
Yes — on every paid job (jet, descale, or cable), we camera-scope the line before we pick a tool and again after we finish. Both passes recorded, both emailed to you same-day, no upcharge. The $600 standalone rate only applies when you want a scope on its own (pre-sale inspection, mystery odor, lost item).
02 What does "specialist" actually mean?
We do four things: hydro jetting, cast iron descaling, camera scoping, and drain cleaning. We don't install water heaters, remodel bathrooms, or run gas lines. If your job needs those, we'll refer a licensed plumber we trust.
03 Why publish pricing when no one else does?
Because the number-one complaint about our trade is surprise billing. $300/hr and a 2-hour minimum ($600) means you can sanity-check the estimate before we start. We lose some jobs that way. The ones we win, we keep.
04 Will you just try to upsell me on descaling?
No. If the camera shows scale, we'll show you and explain the options. If it doesn't, we jet, invoice, leave. Our reputation lives on repeat property-management business, not one-time panic buys.
05 Do you handle emergencies?
Yes — 24/7 by phone. Weekend and overnight calls carry a service-call premium, stated up front. We won't run a jetter at 2 AM unless we've confirmed the pipe can take it.
06 What's the warranty?
30 days on interior cable work, 60–90 days on hydro jetting by line size, 90 days on cast iron descaling. Full terms in our service agreement, linked from the pricing page.
07 Why aren't you a "full-service plumber"?
Because specialists beat generalists at specialist work. One crew, one truck, four services — we do it more often, faster, and cleaner than a shop also juggling remodel bids.
