Standalone camera scopes for pre-sale inspections and mystery clogs. Already included — free — on every jet or descale job we do.
When to scope.
- Before you buy — especially pre-1990 homes
- Recurring clogs on the same line
- After a jetting or descaling job (verification)
- Mystery odors or slow drains with no obvious cause
- Lost items (rings, toys, keys) — we can recover some
- Confirming pipe material before a remodel or landscape project
What you get.
A full-line inspection, a recorded video emailed same-day, and a plain-English written summary of what we saw — pipe material, condition, and approximate footage of any problem spots from the cleanout.
Important
If we're already on site for a hydro jet, descale, or cable job, the camera scope is free and automatic — before the work and after. You only pay the separate $600 2-hour minimum when you want a standalone scope (pre-sale inspection, lost item, mystery odor).

Camera FAQs
01 When should I scope?
Buying a house — especially pre-1990. Recurring clogs. After a jetting job to verify. Mystery odors or a line you've never looked at. Lost items (jewelry, toys) down a drain.
02 What exactly do I get?
You don't need to stand over the drain — we handle the camera work and review the footage ourselves. Afterwards we email you the recorded video, representative stills, and a short written summary — pipe material, condition, and approximate footage of any problem spots from the cleanout.
03 How much does a camera scope cost?
$600 standalone — that's our 2-hour minimum. If we're already on site for jetting or descaling, the camera pass is included at no additional charge.
04 Is this good enough for a home inspection?
Yes. Our video + written summary is what real estate agents and buyers use to negotiate repair credits or walk away from a bad main. We write it in plain language, not code references.
05 Can you tell me what my pipes are made of?
Yes — cast iron, clay, Orangeburg, PVC, and ABS all look distinctly different on camera. We'll tell you in the written summary.

Recurring clog? Closing on a house? Start with the camera.
One call. Written estimate. Camera in the pipe.
