Who

Jeff spent years on the generalist side — drain cleaning as one of ten things a shop had to do. After watching too many customers get upsold on work they didn't need and underserved on the work they did, he started JetSet to do one thing well.

He ran his first cable as a teenager and his first jetter before turning 25. General contractor background, residential and commercial drain experience, Omaha native. Now he answers his own phone.

Why

Specialists beat generalists at specialist work.

Every drain JetSet cleans is the tenth one we've cleaned this week, not the one side job squeezed between a water-heater install and a bathroom rough-in. The jetter's always on the truck. The camera's always in the van. The chain knocker's loaded and ready for an older house.

That's faster, cleaner, and — critically — cheaper than the alternative. When we quote $95/hr for snake work or $300/hr for the jetter, it's for tools we run every day, not for a first attempt.
