Main line cleanouts, storm drains, grease, scale, roots. 3,500 PSI. Before + after camera scope included.
Cast Iron Descaling
$1,200–$3,500+
Chain knocker, cutter head, jet flush for older cast iron. Before + after camera scope included.
Camera Scoping
$250 standalone
Standalone scopes for pre-sale inspections, mystery odors, lost items — $250 flat. Included with every jet or descale job.
Drain Cleaning
$95/hr
Cable / power snake for bathroom sinks and single toilets — $95/hr. Other drains and main lines run on the jet rate.
Light Plumbing
$95/hr
Faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, dishwasher installs, shut-off valves, water-line leaks, outdoor spigots. $95/hr, billed hourly. The small plumbing around drain calls.
