If the job ends up needing the jetter, the before + after camera scope is included at no additional charge — so you're never guessing which tool did what, and you keep the video proof. Standalone camera scopes (no jetting) are $250.

Billed for the tool used — snake jobs stay at $95/hr, jet jobs at $300/hr. No surprise jumps. Most full jet jobs land $300–$1,500.
Light plumbing (faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, dishwasher installs, leaks) bills at the $95/hr rate too. Written estimate before we start, either tier.

Drain cleaning FAQs
01 What does the $95 snake rate cover?
Bathroom sinks, single toilets, and all light plumbing (faucets, disposals, dishwashers, shut-off valves, leaks). Billed at $95/hr — you pay for the time we're on site.
02 What about tub, shower, or kitchen drains?
Those are quoted at the $300/hr hydro-jet rate. They look like simple fixture clogs, but they almost always take longer (P-trap access, grease, hair mats) and the jetter is the right tool for cleaning the line properly. We give you a written estimate before we start.
03 When do you use a cable instead of a jetter?
Single hard blockage in a bathroom-sink P-trap or a clogged toilet — cable / power snake at the $95/hr rate. Soft blockages spread through a line, grease, scale, or roots — jetter at the $300/hr rate. We tell you which tool the job actually needs before we start.
04 What if my snake job turns out to need the jetter?
We tell you at the door before switching tools. If the cable exposes a main-line problem, scale buildup, or anything jet-only can clear, we give you a written estimate at the $300/hr jet rate first. You decide. No surprise jumps from $95 to $300.
